As full service machine shop, Metal Coatings & Mfg. Co. skilled technicians perform a broad spectrum of machining operations - on parts both large and small - and in quantities ranging from a single broken part all the way up to high-volume production runs.

Utilizing our state-of-the-art technologies, we have in-house capabilities for boring, deburring, drilling, grinding, milling polishing, reaming, and turning. We also specialize in complex machining operations, such has broaching, deep hole drilling, shaping, and slotting, as well as all advanced threading operations, including internal and external thread cutting, among others.

Aluminum, steel, and stainless steel parts, up to 20" x 40" x 26", can be precision machined per your specifications or we can provide CAD design or reverse engineer parts per sample. Additional operations are available from our full suite of start-to-finish metal fabrication and assembly services, including laser cutting, welding, tube bending, and powder coat finishing.
