Custom Beverage Cart Fabrication

We have built a strong reputation at Metal Coatings & Mfg. Co., for producing high quality metal fabrications for industrial purposes. We also fabricate high-profile projects for public display, as illustrated here. A customer in the beverage cart/refreshment stand industry enlisted us to manufacture these carts for high-profile events. We accepted the project and employed a wide range of our high quality equipment. This included our laser, press brake, saw, machining center, welders, powder coating booth, and our oven. We used HRPO, CREW Tube, and Stainless Steel, employing a full range of our metalworking processes. These included welding, grinding, cutting, bending, rolling, CNC machining, and deburring. Powder coated silver metallic was applied where needed, and these carts were full assembled. We were able to maintain tolerances of ±0.030" on all components of these carts. Quality checks, as well as dimensional and visual inspections, were performed to ensure all requirements and specifications were met. We designed, constructed, and delivered these carts for our customer in Minneapolis, MN in a timeframe of 4 to 6 weeks.
