We are well known at Metal Coatings & Mfg. Co. for our range of custom fabrication services. We supply the hydraulic pumping systems industry with a number of important components, including the one cited here. A customer contracted us to fabricate a steel belt guard, and we were pleased to take on the project. We began by rendering our client's specifications into a 2D CAD drawing. Using HRPO steel, we fabricated this belt guard using processes that included laser cutting, drilling, tapping, welding, forming, and deburring. After all metalworking was complete, the final part measured 34.88" in length, 17" in width, and 5.25" in depth. Our highly accurate machinery was able to achieve precision tolerances of ±0.010". The quality of our work was ensured by thorough dimensional and visual inspections. These steel belt guards are a mainstay of the hydraulic industry, and we manufacture them often. We are able to produce these products in quantities from 1 to 100 and deliver them to our Minnesota client in a timeframe of under 4 weeks.
