Custom Fabrication of a Stainless Steel Meter Cover

One of our transportation and fuel delivery clients contracted us to construct the metal cover seen here. The metal cover was made of 304 stainless steel and was used to cover and protect the meters and gauges on a fuel delivery truck. We built these metal covers using state-of-the-art technology such as a laser, press brake, saw, machining centre, and welders. Each finished meter cover measured 30″ in width, 27″ in height, and 18″ in depth and was constructed to the tightest tolerances of ±0.015″. We now fabricate and deliver orders of 1 to 100 of these meter covers for our client in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a turnaround time of just four weeks.
