Fabrication of a Steel Base Plate for a Hydraulic Pump

The hydraulics industry makes extensive use of our services, as demonstrated by the project described here. Our client contracted us to fabricate a steel base plate used for mounting a pump. We used A-36 steel for this job.
Using state-of-the-art equipment like our laser cutter, press brake, saw, machining center, welders, powder coating room, and oven, we fabricated the finished plate, which measured 50″ in length, 30″ in width and was held to the tightest tolerances of ±0.010″.
We ensured that this steel base plate met the highest quality standards with in-depth visual and dimensional inspections. This pump mount, which can be used for hydraulics and water applications, is now a common component. We manufacture anywhere from 1 to 100 of these plates for our customers in Minnesota, which are completed and delivered in a turnaround time of just four weeks.
