Fabrication of a Custom Beverage Cart

A customer in the beverage cart/refreshment stand industry enlisted us to manufacture these carts for high-profile events. We accepted the project and employed a wide range of our high-quality equipment. This included our laser, press brake, saw, machining centre, welders, powder coating booth, and oven. We used HRPO, CREW Tube, and Stainless Steel, employing a full range of our metalworking processes. These included welding, grinding, cutting, bending, rolling, CNC machining, and deburring. The carts were fully assembled after the powder-coated silver metallic was applied where needed. We were able to maintain tolerances of ±0.030″ on all components of these carts. Prior to delivery, our team performed final quality checks, as well as dimensional and visual inspections, to ensure that all requirements and specifications were met.
We designed, constructed, and delivered these carts for our customers in Minneapolis, MN, within a timeframe of four to six weeks.
